Medical & Educational Disclaimer
Last updated 2026.
1. Educational reference only
Evidence Codex publishes independently compiled, evidence-graded reference information about research peptides and related compounds, along with general-purpose calculators (dosing math, titration schedules, pharmacokinetic modeling, and similar utilities) and plain-language guides. All content is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, and no doctor-patient or clinician-patient relationship is formed by using this site.
2. Not an endorsement to obtain or use any compound
Describing a compound, protocol, or dosing calculation does not mean this site recommends, endorses, or encourages obtaining, preparing, combining, or administering that compound. Many compounds referenced here are not approved by the FDA (or equivalent regulators) for human use. Several are explicitly listed by the FDA as bulk substances that may present significant safety risks when compounded, with limited human safety data or documented adverse events. Where this applies, the entry states it directly. The absence of a specific warning does not imply approval or safety.
3. How to read the evidence grading
Every compound entry is tagged against an evidence scale so a reader can distinguish an FDA/EMA-approved label regimen, a peer-reviewed clinical trial regimen, an FDA regulatory safety warning, and an unverified, site-sourced protocol. A "site-only / unverified" tag means no independent clinical or regulatory source was found to support that specific dosing claim. Treat it as unverified, not as fact.
4. No professional relationship, no liability
Use of this site, its calculators, guides, or reference data is entirely at the reader's own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evidence Codex and its operator disclaim all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from reliance on information published here, including calculation results, which are estimates only and may contain errors.
5. Legal status varies by jurisdiction
The legal status of research peptides and related compounds varies by country, state, and intended use, and changes over time. Legal compliance remains the reader's responsibility. This site does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the purchase of any compound and is not affiliated with any manufacturer, compounding pharmacy, or vendor.
6. Always consult a licensed professional
Health, medication, or supplement decisions should involve a licensed physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider familiar with the relevant medical history.
7. Corrections
Entries with possible errors, outdated regulatory status, or broken source links should be checked against the primary sources cited on that entry before reliance.
