Evidence Codex is an educational reference, not medical advice. Many compounds listed are unapproved or have limited human evidence. Read the medical disclaimer.
About

Evidence Codex organizes compound research into usable reference pages and tools.

The site brings together compound profiles, evidence notes, tools and practical guides so a visitor can inspect the source context before making sense of a claim.

Start with the claim, then check what supports it.

A compound can have strong evidence for one use and weak evidence for another. Profiles separate regulatory status, human studies, preclinical work, common claims, cautions and dose context where that information is available.

What the labels mean.

Badges summarize the type of support behind a claim. They are a starting point, not a verdict on whether a compound is appropriate for a person.

Approved labelUse, dose or safety information appears in an official product label or regulator-reviewed document.
Human clinical evidenceHuman trials, clinical studies or case data are available for the question being discussed.
Preclinical evidenceSupport comes mainly from cell, animal, mechanism or early translational research.
Safety warningRegulators, labels or clinical sources flag a meaningful risk or monitoring concern.
Limited or unverifiedClaims are common online but have thin, indirect or poorly documented support.
